I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Karlo Kastle. The location is great, nestled in a small street away from the hustle and bustle of the city. I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable and the hotel facilities were great. Transportation was easily accessible, and the location was close to the main bazar. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Room was cozy with soft beds, hot shower and good Wi-Fi connection. The hotel was situated just a few steps away from the metro station, which was a great advantage for exploring the city easily. the hotel offered an affordable price for its services.
The hallway was not well-maintained, with garbage scattered around and items being packed and taped loudly. There was also a window above the door that let in too much light, making it tricky to sleep.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to par. the linens were not changed between guests and were dirty and hairy.
